Every griller knows the shelf — a dozen rubs, half-used sauces, mystery seasonings you bought once and forgot about. I never remembered exactly what I used on a cook, and when something came out great, I couldn't reliably repeat it. CookStache started as a way to solve that for myself — track what's in my stache, log what I used on each cook, and actually build on what worked. I wanted a place that brought together the recipes, the seasonings, and the experience so I could share it and get better every time I fired up the grill. I'm based in Houston, TX, and I built CookStache for the backyard griller who takes their setup seriously but doesn't need a spreadsheet to manage it.
